ラボ概要 Lab overview
ITBdeラボは、中山鉄工所主導のもと、バンドン工科大学の学生が次世代の産業技術を学べる場所であり、同社より設備環境が提供されています。当ラボでは中山鉄工所製品の設計イノベーションや共同研究による先進技術の開発を目的としています。 ITBdeラボは中山鉄工所が日本国外に設けた初の研究開発室で、主に同社の商品開発係とのお付き合いがあります。当ラボの発足は2020年2月14日(金)であり、中山鉄工所プロジェクトの内、再生可能エネルギーや設計工学といった分野の研究開発関連を担当しています。 当ラボは主にインターン生や外国人エンジニアとして働く学生によって運営されています。インターンを通して、学生たちの知識や実践的なスキルを磨き上げること、さらには日本とインドネシア間の国際人材ネットワークをより強固にすることを目指しています。 インターンの例として小水力発電プロジェクトがあります。3Dcad設計だけでなく製造プロセスや最終的な製品が仕様をみたしているかなどの確認等、施工管理などの仕事もこなしています。
Nakayama Iron Works, Ltd. took the initiative to provide facilities and opportunities to support the Bandung Institute of Technology students to gain work experience in industry 4.0. This initiative led NIW and ITB to create ITB de Labo and do collaborative research to develop the advanced technology of NIW and increasing product design innovation from ITB. ITB de Labo or Bandung Institute of Technology de Lab is the first laboratory developed by NIW outside of Japan which is directly supervised by the NIW Product Development section. This lab was inaugurated on Friday, February 14, 2020, and in charge of researching and developing NIW projects in engineering and relations, such as design engineering and develop renewable energy projects. ITB de Labo runs mainly by students as a full-time and part-time researcher by doing an internship program. This program aims to develop the ITB student by enriching their knowledge and practical skills and create an international human resource network between Indonesia and Japan. During the internship, the students will do NIW projects by doing 3D CAD work and the micro-hydro power plant project supervision that includes the designing until the manufacturing process to ensure the outcome meets the specifications. ITB de Labo is located at Fluid Mechanic Laboratory in the Faculty of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (FMAE), Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).
